Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! You can purchase gift cards in store or online. To purchase online search "gift card" in our search bar and it will appear for you to order. Once ordered you will get an email (or the person you are sending it to) with an e-gift card and it will have a code for the amount. Please not that gift cards are non-refundable and they do not expire.
How to apply gift cards or discount codes at checkout?
At checkout enter your code or gift card in the box that says discount code or gift card and your total will be adjusted.
Can I use my gift card in store and online?
The answer is Yes!
How to know if my order was placed?
You will receive a conformation email with your order number to confirm your order.
Do you offer in store pickup?
We sure do! Click in store pickup at checkout and we will get your order ready that day or the next! Easy Peasy and it's free!
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
No, our system cannot allow us to change anything once your order is placed. If you accidently entered in the wrong shipping address please email us at email@example.com or call 931-474-5459 right away so we can get it shipped to the right location.
Can I place an order by phone?
Of course! You can call us at 931-474-5459 and we will be glad to take your order!
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
Sadly no, our system will only allow one discount code at a time. We suggest using the one that gets you the best discount :)
Do you have a physical location?
We sure do! We are located at 1007 Smithville Hwy. McMinnville, TN. 37110. We would love to see you in person and help you find the perfect outfits.
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns just exchanges or store credit only. For more info please refer to our shipping/returns page!
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item please let us know ASAP. We are so sorry that happened and we will help make it right. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged clothing within 2 days of receiving your order.

We do! We go live on our app and Facebook page every other Monday at 6:00.
How long does it take you to ship?

What if I need help deciding what size to order?
We are actually in the process of making a detailed size chart and having more info about each item on the product pages to help you determine your size better. In the meantime we have if it fits true to size, smaller, or oversized on the items. Also, we know ordering online can be tricky when deciding on the size but we are here to help so please call us or send us a message and we can answer all your sizing questions. We love to help! :)
